A boxed lunch is included in the $25 LIT Conference registration fee. We will do our best to accommodate as many dietary restrictions as possible (restrictions can be indicated on conference registration form). If your diet and/or nutritional needs are limited and you prefer to purchase your own lunch, the following list may have helpful options close to Austin Peay State University:

Silkes Old World Breads Bakery, located at 1214 A College St, Clarksville, TN 37040
This Cafe/Deli has vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, and gluten free menu options, including vegan mozzarella cheese, gluten free bread, and pizza crusts. They have several options for pizza and sandwiches for a variety of dietary and nutritional needs. They do have a note indicating that “All our food is manufactured in a facility that uses Wheat, Soy, Nuts, Eggs, and Dairy. Please eat at your own discretion.”
Blackhorse Pub & Brewery, located at 132 Franklin St, Clarksville, TN 37040
This restaurant is open starting at 11 AM and has a limited selection of vegetarian/vegan options, including some appetizers and salads. And black bean burger or portabella can be substituted on their burger menu. They also offer gluten-free pizza crusts and a few fish dishes.
Jib-Bop Grill, located at 132 University Avenue, Clarksville, TN 37040
This is a Korean BBQ and Grill with a variety of options and combinations, including tofu and vegetable dishes.
Quick Service
There are also several quicker options with limited variety of dietary needs, including Einstein Bros Bagels (which has a vegan cream cheese option) and Chick-fil-A (which has gluten free buns at some locations).
